Ingredients
1 punnet strawberries
8-12 fresh dates
50g toasted almond slivers
50g small dark chocolate buttons
200g thick natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
Method
- Wash and cut the strawberries into quarters
- Slice the dates in half, remove the stone and then slice into slivers
- Arrange the strawberries and dates into serving bowls and sprinkle over the almond slivers and chocolate buttons
- Mix together the yoghurt and honey and drizzle over the salads
