Citrus mousse

2 oranges
1 lemon
3 teaspoons gelatine
500 g ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup low-fat yogurt
Extra orange piece
Lemon squeezer
Small bowl
Large bowl
Wooden spoon
4 dessert bowls


  1. Squeeze juice from the oranges
  2. Pour into a small bowl
  3. Squeeze juice from the lemon
  4. Add to the orange juice
  5. Sprinkle the gelatine over the fruit juices
  6. Microwave juice on HIGH for 30 seconds to dissolve gelatine
  7. Put ricotta, sugar and yogurt into a large bowl
  8. Add juice/gelatine and mix until smooth
  9. Divide mixture into 4 bowls
  10. Place in fridge until set
  11. Serve decorated with slices of orange
